Integrative Psychotherapy & Life Coaching

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington D.C. and Maryland. I offer psychotherapy and life coaching that is intuitive and informed by many years of training and experience (see my CV). I specialize in phone/video-based sessions for ease, flexibility, and affordability.

Since 2005, I have assisted thousands of individuals on their journey of healing, growth and empowerment. I aim to meet you where you are, listen to your needs and goals, and provide compassionate support, guidance and motivation in reaching your full potential.

My integrative, whole-person approach to psychotherapy and coaching is informed by eastern and western psychology and utilizes interventions from both.

My process is mindfulness-based. Mindfulness is an ancient and evidence-based practice of bringing friendly, curious attention to your experiences to gain insight, release limiting patterns and grow in wisdom and compassion. Through our work together, you will learn to bring mindfulness to yourself, your relationships, and your life.

As a Certified Yoga Therapist and Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher, I also provide guidance in mind-body wellness tools for balancing the brain, body and nervous system as well as positive psychology skills for nurturing and cultivating happiness.

Doing this work is the purpose of my life and one of my greatest joys. I hope to hear from you!
